Constantine Grapsas BA(Hons), DipArch Distinction RIBA II, MPhil Cantab

Constantine Grapsas holds a Cambridge Master of Philosophy in Architecture, a Royal Institute of British Architects Diploma with Distinction in Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts. He runs his own architecture and construction management practice since 2000.


He has acquired experience as a Member of European Environment Office, member of the technical board for environmental architecture in Technical Chamber of Greece, representative of Lefkadian Architects in the Union of Greek Architects, President of Architectural Union of Lefkada, Member of Architectural Board of Lefkada, Member of the Environment Board of Technical Chamber of West Greece-and technical advisor for Lefkadian court. 

Professional development

Constantine and his team are constantly upgrading their skills and knowledge by participating in a number of professional development schemes. 


- Speaker in several national and international conferences on architecture and sustainable development.

Innovative works

Until 2010 we had contributed to our Art and Science with the design and construction of leading projects of zero energy consumption, building with natural materials, energy renovations of existing buildings and the design of web-based project watch and management system for our clients abroad. 

Social involvement 

Social contribution a Member of the board of Panhellenic Ecological Organizations Network, President of the Ecological Union of Lefkada and member of the board for various cultural unions ('Nea Chorodia', 'Orfeas').

Professional activity

Design and construction of private and professional buildings, energy renovation of buildings, real estate development, licenced energy inspector of buildings, building inspector for the Greek State, inspector of tourist accommodation for TUV Austria. 

Constantine is developing his knowledge in Neurolinguistic Programming and HeartMarth Coaching for informing his research in their application in work environment and creativity enhancement.
